Chiropractic is based on the concept that the human body has an innate self-healing ability and seeks balance.  The nervous system plays an important role in maintaining homeostasis- hence health. "Subluxations" (misalignments of bones within joints) or "fixations" (abnormalities of motion) interfere with the flow of nervous impulses and diminsh the body's ability to stay healthy.

Our office offers a variety of therapies such as chiropractic adjustments, ultrasound, electrical muscle stimulation, contrast therapy, and flexion distraction.  These therapies help to heal torn soft tissues in an organized pattern.

Ignoring the problem by not listening to your body's signals (pain and dysfunction) will cause your body to lay down scar tissue resulting in repeated pain in the area of injury or long term arthritis.

We accept a variety of insurance companies from carriers associated with motor vehicle accidents, worker's compensation, and a multitude of health insurance carriers.  This includes, but is not limited to Aetna, United Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Coventry, Cigna, and Medicare.
